Each Tournament rules or specifics are listed below:
Scholarship Doubles: GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY CHARITY EVENT
8-Ball Max SL 11 combined
Scotch format- alternating shots
Cost of Entry - $25 per person ($50 team)
Prize field - Based on # of entries ($ are less the scholarship fund donation)
50/50 Raffle will be for the scholarship fund
Scholarship Winner will be announced day of - (High School Senior) Entry Form

8-Ball/9-Ball Max SL 10 combined

Prize field - Based on # of entries -Top Prize is Vegas Trip

Must Have won MVP (top two) in the last 3 sessions.
Singles Format

Prize field - Winners will be entered into singles regionals and win Gift Cards to local places

Maquer-8 Ball 3 Man Tag Team:
8-Ball Max SL 14 combined
Scotch format- alternating shots
Each round will have two players shooting and one player for the "Tag-out"
Cost of Entry - $20 per person ($60 team)
Each Round Lineup will change- Man sitting out will have to rotate every round
No timeouts, only tag ins. Talking when not shooting is allowed by 2 shooters only.
Tag out MUST be called once in each round by each person. If only two balls remain, tag-out will be auto called. If this doesnt happen it will be a foul.
Race is determined by Skill Level. 12-14's need 3 games 11s and under need 2.
Modified Single Bracket - Losers side needs one less game each.
Good Sportsmanship Tournament Rules:
Free to All Invited teams (Winners of the Sportsmanship score from previous session)
Roster must be from winning session
Captains Vegas Qualifier:
Teams may choose any 3 of the 5 team members to participate in each match
The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any team match cannot exceed 15.
A player’s highest skill level between formats (8-Ball & 9-Ball) must be used towards the 15-Rule.
- Skill levels more than one session old will not be used in this event.Skill levels and scores must be current to be applicable.- Skill level 8/9s will count as 7s in this tournament.
Only one player of skill level 6 or higher, sometimes referred to as a senior skill level player, may play in any given match.
Modified Single Elimination Format
Alternate between 8-Ball & 9-Ball racks, starting with 8-Ball. Each individual rack is worth one team point.
Players must have at least ten 8-Ball scores or ten 9-Ball scores within the last two (2) years
Players must be on an active (Summer Session) APA roster.
Players must have completed two (2) sessions as a Team Captain of a standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or Ladies team in the 2024/2025 Teams must be in separate sessions. Players are not allowed to captain two teams in the same session and still be eligible for this event. Yearly Schedule Divisions with 20 or more matches scheduled for play over the course of the division’s qualifying year will be considered equivalent to (2) sessions of standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or Ladies, thus their Team Captains will be eligible.
